Bespak Great East Anglia Run 10k

Well... the good news is... I MADE IT!! ...and without walking! The turnout on the day was fantastic. My time was 1:14 which was just within my predicted 1:15 so I was pleased about that. With your help we raised lots of money, around £300, for the Neurofibromatosis Association so thanks to all those who sponsored me. Finally I'd like to thank the guys at KLFM for allowing me some airtime for raising the awareness of Neurofibromatosis live on local radio.
